Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a consultation, ordering a swatch, or booking installation with Precision Wallpaper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Precision Wallpaper offers complimentary swatches, design consultations, trade-sourced wallpaper procurement, and professional installation. The specific scope of your project is defined in the fixed quote we provide and you approve before work begins.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are fixed and valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing includes wallpaper (less our 15% trade discount, passed through to you), installation labor, and any agreed materials. The approved quote is the total amount you pay; we do not add surprise charges.
Scheduling & Access
Installation is scheduled by mutual agreement. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including cleared walls and adequate parking. Delays caused by inaccessible sites, unresolved wall repairs, or unavailable access may affect scheduling and, in some cases, the quoted price.
Wall Condition
Our installer assesses wall condition on site. If unforeseen surface issues (moisture damage, lead paint, structural defects) require additional preparation beyond the scope quoted, we will notify you before proceeding and provide a written change order for your approval.
Payment
For full-service projects, payment is processed securely through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) at checkout. For certain custom or large orders, a deposit may be required to procure materials; the balance is due upon installation. Swatches are always complimentary.
Workmanship Guarantee
Our installation is guaranteed against workmanship defects for one year from the installation date. If a seam lifts, a corner curls, or a bubble appears due to our work within that period, we will repair it at no charge. This guarantee does not cover damage from flooding, settling, improper wall prep by others, or modifications after installation.
Wallpaper Product
Wallpaper is manufactured by our trade partners and carries their own product warranties. We are not the manufacturer; product defects are handled through the manufacturer's policy. We procure genuine, first-quality product directly from authorized trade sources.
Cancellations
Consultations and swatch requests may be cancelled at any time. For paid orders, see our Refund & Return Policy. Once custom-ordered wallpaper has been procured or installation has begun, cancellation may be subject to our costs as detailed in the Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services and materials provided for your project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from pre-existing wall conditions we did not create.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
