Refund & Return Policy
Effective September 2026
Complimentary Swatches
Swatches are always free, including shipping. There is nothing to refund — keep them, test them in your light, and use them to choose with confidence.
Consultation Bookings
Studio consultations carry a $50 booking fee, which is waived when you proceed with installation through our studio. If you cancel a consultation at least 24 hours in advance, the booking fee is refunded in full. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the fee.
Wallpaper Orders (Before Procurement)
If you cancel a paid wallpaper order before we have procured the paper from our trade house, you receive a full refund.
Wallpaper Orders (After Procurement)
Once we have placed the order with the manufacturer, the paper is custom-cut or special-ordered for your project and generally cannot be returned to the trade house. In this case, the wallpaper itself is non-refundable, but any unstarted installation labor is fully refundable.
Installation Labor
Installation labor that has not yet been performed is fully refundable. If installation has begun and you wish to stop, you are charged only for the work completed up to that point, and the remainder is refunded.
Workmanship Guarantee
Our installation is guaranteed for one year. If a workmanship issue arises — a lifted seam, curled corner, or bubble caused by our install — we return and repair it at no charge. This is separate from manufacturer product defects, which are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
How to Request a Refund
Email pcwallpaper01@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Product
If your wallpaper arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with photos. We will coordinate a replacement through the trade house at no cost to you.
