When you complete a purchase, our payment processor (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix) collects billing and card details; we never see or store your full card number.

Your information is used to schedule consultations, ship complimentary swatches, prepare fixed quotes, procure wallpaper from our trade houses, coordinate installation, and communicate about your project. We may also use your email to send occasional studio updates — you can unsubscribe from those at any time.
Information We Share
We share only what is necessary to fulfill your project: your shipping address with our trade partners for paper delivery, and your contact details with your assigned installer. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Service providers (payment processing, email delivery, accounting) receive only the data required to perform their function, under their own privacy obligations.
Data Retention
We retain project records — including measurements, quotes, and correspondence — for the duration of our work and for a reasonable period afterward to honor our workmanship guarantee and serve future requests. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
